CMS Proposed Regulation of AMP!!!!!!

Thanks to Jim Smith, Executive Director of MPA, we have a copy of the CMS proposed regulation of AMP provided by the National Association of State Medicaid Directors and the American Public Human Services Association, that was provided by Reginia Grayson Benjamin, Esq.
